Please note that personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at ffayofficial@gmail.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return and cover the shipping costs for you. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or replacement at your discretion.
